Philip Baxter College is a residential college at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Kensington, Sydney, Australia.

Along with Basser and Goldstein Colleges, Philip Baxter College formed part of The Kensington Colleges, a self-managing entity which now falls under the jurisdiction of the UNSW Housing Office. It houses 232 residents, making it the largest residential college associated with the university. In 2006 it received 131 new residents or "freshers". The college was named after Sir Philip Baxter, a former Vice-Chancellor at UNSW and Chairman of the Sydney Opera House Trust.
