The Arrows were members of the Canadian-American Hockey League from 1927 to 1935. At the end of the 1934-35 season they were renamed the Philadelphia Ramblers. The Arrows coach from 1929 to 1935 was Herb Gardiner. Members of the Arrows included future Hart Trophy winner Tommy Anderson, and future Chicago Blackhawks defenseman Art Coulter.
