Phil Starkey (born September 10, 1987), is an English football player who plays for Crystal Palace in The Championship. He is a midfielder who wears the number 34 shirt.
Phil generally plays for both the Crystal Palace Reserves and the Crystal Palace U-18 team, and he has also played for the first team, making his debut in a friendly at Stevenage Borough.
Phil will hope to be given his chance in The Championship, next season.
