Phil Perry

Phil Perry (born in East St. Louis, IL) is an R&B musician and a former member of The Montclairs. In the 1990s he had his biggest success with the number-one R&B hit "Call Me", as well as the top forty R&B singles "Amazing Love" and "Forever" all from the hit album The Heart of the Man, even though he has released many albums since his breakthrough in 1991, he has not had major success since.
