Phil was a fictional woolly mammoth from the TV series Cro. He was part of the mammoth herd. When the Ice age was coming to an end, Phil fell down a glacier and led to his death. However, 45,000 years later, Dr. C and Mike went to the Arctic and discovered Phil. So, hence, they thawed him out and decided to keep him after they discovered he could talk.
