Phase 10 Dice is a proprietary dice game for one or more players made by Fundex Games in 2004. The game is inspired by the card game Phase 10 and also resembles the popular dice game Yahtzee. The object of the game is to score points by rolling certain combinations of dice to complete the 10 Phases in order.

[edit] Overview of the Rules
Players each roll one of the dice numbered five to 10 to determine who goes first. Once player order has been determined, each player takes turns rolling up to three times. For the first roll, the player rolls all of the 10 dice. The player can set aside any of these dice and chose to re-roll the remaining dice in order to complete the Phase. After the second roll, the player can once again set aside any of the previously rolled dice and re-roll the remaining dice (including dice previously set aside) one last time. After the third roll, the player adds the numerical value of the dice (Wild dice having a value of zero) used to complete the Phase (if a Phase was completed) to their score. Only those dice needed to complete the current Phase are added to the score. If a player cannot complete a Phase, they attempt the Phase during their next turn. Additionally, if a player completes a Phase in fewer than three rolls, the player may wish to take their second and third rolls anyway in order to replace any Wild dice with their natural numbers since Wild dice are worth zero points.
The first player to complete the tenth Phase ends the normal game play, after which each player gets one last try to complete their remaining Phases. If a remaining player completes one of his or her remaining Phases in three rolls, they can attempt to complete any additional remaining Phases in three rolls. If a remaining player fails to complete a Phase, they take zero points for any and all remaining Phases and total their score. The winner is the player with the highest grand total.
[edit] Bonuses
Similar to Yahtzee, Phase 10 Dice offers bonus points to players who meet certain criteria during gameplay. The first bonus is the Five Phase Bonus which awards players 40 bonus points if they have over 220 points after the completion of the fifth Phase. The second bonus, the First Finish Bonus, is typically only awarded to the first player to complete Phase 10. However, this bonus is also awarded to players who are in and complete Phase 10 during the same round if they did not start the game ahead of the first player to finish Phase 10.
