In the Bible, the name of the Pharaoh of the Exodus is not given. He is simply called "Pharaoh." Candidates for the identity of the King of Egypt at the time of the Exodus include:

The most commonly imagined figure in popular culture is Ramses II. This is strange and ironic, since there is no documentary or archaeological evidence that Ramses II had to deal with the Plagues of Egypt or anything like it, that he chased Hebrew slaves fleeing Egypt, or that he drowned.
