Phacelia crenulata (Notch-leaved phacelia), is a flowering plant in the family Boraginaceae, native to the Mojave Desert of the southwestern United States.

It is an annual plant growing 7-60 cm tall, with crenate to deeply lobed leaves 2-8 cm long, rarely 12 cm. The flowers are violet to blue-purple in color, 4-10 mm long.

It can produce a skin rash similar to that produced by poison ivy.
