Pfitsch (German) or Val di Vizze (Italian) is a comune (municipality) in South Tyrol in the Italian region Trentino-South Tyrol, located about 100 km northeast of Trento and about 45 km north of Bolzano, on the border with Austria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,676 and an area of 142.3 km2.[1]

The municipality of Pfitsch contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Caminata, San Giacomo, and Prati.

Pfitsch borders the following municipalities: Brenner, Freienfeld, Finkenberg (Austria), Gries am Brenner (Austria), Mühlbach, Mühlwald, Vals (Austria), Vintl, and Sterzing.
