Peyote stitch

Peyote stitch (also known as Gourd stitch) is the name of an off-loom bead weaving technique with several variations, such as;
- Even Count Flat Peyote
- Odd Count Flat Peyote
- Even Count Tubular Peyote
- Odd Count Tubular Peyote
- Flat Round Peyote
It is not known exactly where and when the stitch was invented. Examples are found in both Native American and African culture.
