[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Taylor_III.JPG

Thanks for uploading Image:Taylor_III.JPG. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

[edit] Welcome

Welcome!

Hello, Peter Sanders, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Again, welcome!  NickelShoe 17:36, 15 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] The Bridal Gala™

The Bridal Gala™ has been proposed for deletion. An editor felt this was more an advertisement than an encyclopedia article. Please review WP:NOT and WP:N for general concerns and improve the article if possible. If no one objects to the deletion within five days by removing the prod notice, the article may be deleted without further discussion. NickelShoe 17:36, 15 March 2006 (UTC)

Hi,

It looks like you may have removed the first {{afd}} tag from this article. Please be aware that removing the tag before discussion is closed is against Wikipedia policy. Please do not remove the new {{afd}} tag; an admin will do that when the deletion discussion is closed. Thanks.

[edit] Various issues

  1. Please do not just remove maintenance templates without doing anything about the problem. Either bring the article up to standard, or leave the template in place.
  2. The list of people duplicates what is elsewhere - I have added a link to the list, but there is no need to add a long list to an already overly long article. Guettarda 07:48, 17 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Elite Soirée

I just noticed you've put a comment on the talk page of this article saying it should be kept. Since there is an ongoing discussion for the deletion of this article, you should put your comments on the article for deletion page for that article here so that it is considered by the admin who closes the debate and makes a decision. Comments on talk pages are unlikely to be considered when the debate is closed. For full details of the deletion process, see WP:AFD. Kcordina 16:22, 20 March 2006 (UTC)

In case you are not watcing my talk page - Please see my reply to your comments there. Kcordina 09:44, 21 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Sockpuppets

Please don't create other accounts to try to influence the decision about whether or not to delete an article. The community consensus in all three AfDs was delete. It's going to be pretty obvious if you create sockpuppets to try to recreate the articles and get them kept, and it will just result in the sockpuppets being indefinitely blocked if they are used for bad-faith actions such as an attempt to get more than one "vote" in an AfD or other discussion. Thanks.

It would be awesome if you would like to stick around and start editing other articles. There are plenty of other articles on Wikipedia that could use your time and energy, if you'd like to participate in the project.
