I was born in 1954 - 52 years old, in Svishtov-Bulgaria. I have been training for fencing since 1967. Being a competitor I have won two individual and eight team champion titles in the sport clubs "Dunav", http://fencing-cska.hit.bg/]] "CSKA"(Central Sport Club of Army-1973/75-being a soldier),[[Academic]http://www.nsa.bg/]"1975/80 - like a student. I have graduated fencing in The Higher Institut of Physical Education now The National Sport Academy. I am a fencing coach and a teacher of physical education for all the stages of education. In the course of eight years (1973-1980) I was a competitor in the National team and then I got a Master,s sport degree. Since October 1980 I work as a coach in Dunav Sports Club in Rousse. As a competiting trainer I won two champion titles /1981, 1983/ and two times won the Cup of Bulgaria. As a coach I started working with sabre for one year then with foil {rapier} and from time to time with epee. I work with all age groups by both sexes: children /8 - 14/, cadets - upto 17, youth - up to 20, men and women. During my coach practice six of my competitors have won fourteen champion titles of Bulgaria. We also have won many team champion titles as well as other prize places. In the period 1984 - 1992 I was teaching fencing in the Middle Sports School in Rousse. The school has a teaching programe giving each pupil the opportunity to learn and practise the sport chozen upto 14 - 18 training hours weakly which is nearly proffessional occupation. In this school after a precise selection only perspective or already approved sportsmen are taken. The pupils graduating successfully the Sports School receive the right to be instructors in the sport they have practised /the next level of education is the National Sports Academy/. In 1984 I took part in International Coach Seminar in Warshow Poland under the aegis of Senior Huan Antonio Samaranch.[2] I also participated a lot of International traning camps in Bulgaria and abroad. Since 1994 I am a Vicepresident of Dunav Fencing Club and at the same time working as a coach. Since 1997 I am a President and a representative of the Club /unpaid/ and also I work as an unpaid coach. {Like a paid coach in the club work the selfless Fatme Mehmedova - a Master Sports Degree and a celebrate fencing-master too.} At the moment I am writing a Coach Guide in which I share my pedagogic and training experience. I have an equable character, I’m patient and with variety of methods I manage to train all differently capable competitors. In my practice I use individual and group lessons /with left and right hand/, couple exercises, free fights, special and general physical and psychical training and others. I am skilful at ralaxation techniques. I can motivate and inspirate the competitors so that they can show their best in the course of training and at competitions and reach the maximum as results and satisfaction. This process is bilateral - I also learn and become more perfect.

SHORT HISTORY OF DUNAV FENCING CLUB
In 1957 a Fencing Section in the already existing Sports Club Dunav in Rousse was established. The training started with the three weapons: foil, epee and sabre. First coach was Mr. Nicola Kapnilov (head coach since 1957 to 1988) In1966 according the decision of BFF /Bulgarian Fencing Federation/ the training was specialized for different weapons but there was no limitation for the competitors to participate different sports championships and tournaments. Since 1972 Fencing Section Dunav has its own training hall where the fencers are training uptill now. This premises the large scale attendance of training, great rivalry and the following success. Fencing Section Dunav anually takes part in the individual and team Republic championships and Bulgarian Cup Tournaments in all age groups as well as in the tournaments for Ranklists of the different weapons. There is no year without a Republic Champion in each age group for the club and also without a team prize place. The most important awords are the three team titles for men in 1979, 1981, 1982 and the three prizes of the Cup of Bulgaria. Teams of FC Dunav took part in tournaments in Bratislava/Ch/, Torun/Pl/ Potsdam/Ger/ , Nadkaniga/Hun/ , Athenes/Gr/. The international women tournament class B – Danube {Dunav} Cup - foil had been organised in Rousse uptill 1991. In 1993 some changes tool place in the sports organization so the Fencing section became Fencing Club “Dunav” Rousse. First President was Mr. Todor Slavov - Entrepreneur, Manager and an epee Master Sports Degree. In order to receive sports license the FC Dunav must have a legal and actual participation in the Official Republic Sports Championships and tournaments must possess a sports base /hall/ trainers and instructors who train the competitors. Since January 1, 2003 the sports licenses dropped off. At present the acknowledgement by the BFF and participation in the competitions of the State's sports schedule is enough.
