Petre Marin, (born September 8, 1973 in Bucharest, Romania), is a footballer which plays as for Steaua Bucharest's defensive.

Marin made professional debut in 1993 when he was signed by Sportul Studenţesc of Bucharest. In 1995 he joins FC Naţional Bucureşti, where he stays until 2004, the year when he signed for Steaua. During the 2000 - 01 season, while under contract with FC Naţional Bucureşti, he was loaned to Rapid Bucureşti.

He joined Steaua in 2004 and quickly earned himself a place in the first eleven.
