Petnjica

Petnjica (Петњица) is a village in northern Montenegro, within the Municipality of Berane. In 2003 it had a population of 565. It has an absolute majority of Bosniak population. Petnjica had formed several initiatives to form separate municipality within Montenegro.

It consists of 27 smaller villages: Bare, Bor, Dašča Rijeka, Dobrodole, Donja Vrbica, Godočelje, Gornja Vrbica, Hazane, Jahova Voda, Javorova, Johovice, Kalica, Kruščica, Lagatore, Laze, Lješnica, Murovac, Orahovo, Paljuh, Petnjica, Ponor, Poroče, Radmance, Savin Bor, Trnavice, Trpezi, Tucanje, Vrševo.
