Peter Gerard Verhoeven (born February 15, 1959, in Hanford, California) is an American former professional basketball player in the NBA.

He was drafted by the Portland Trail Blazers in 1981 and played for four teams throughout his six-year career, averaging 3.5 points and 2.3 rebounds a game.

He played collegiately at Fresno State University until 1981, and in 2006 was inducted into the Fresno Athletic Hall of Fame.[1]
