Peter Sinclair (Australia)

Rear-Admiral Peter Ross Sinclair, AC (b. Australia, 1930) was Governor of New South Wales August 8, 1990 – March 1, 1996. He was appointed as Governor after his retirement from the Navy as Deputy Chief of Naval Staff 1989.
