Peter Rost

Peter Lewis Rost (born 19 September 1930) is a British Conservative politician.

Rost was educated at Aylesbury Grammar School and Birmingham University. He was a stockbroker, lecturer and financial journalist.

Rost contested Sunderland North in 1966. He was MP for Derbyshire South East from 1970 to 1983, and for Erewash from 1983 until he retired in 1992.
