Peter Pearce has a long history within the Municipality of the Parish of St Helier, Jersey.

First elected as Constable's Officer, became the youngest Centenier at the age of 24 in 1972.

Currently is elected as principal of the St Helier Roads Committee.

Currently married to Jane Pearce, a Roads Inspector and member of the Welfare Board in St Helier. Cousin of Darius Pearce also a Roads Inspector and member of the Accounts Committee.

Has stood in national elections for St Helier District #1 and St Helier District #2 but has never been successful in making the leap from regional to national government in Jersey.
