Peter Mark Richman

Peter Mark Richman (b. April 16, 1927, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American actor who has starred in films and on television. He was frequently credited as Mark Richman.
He is best known for his role as Nicholas "Nick" Cain in the 1961 films The Murder Men and The Crimebusters, he reprised his role as Nicholas Cain in the TV series Cain's Hundred. Peter's other TV roles were on the soap opera Santa Barbara as Channing Creighton 'C.C.' Capwell, Jr., on the 1971 to 1972 television series, Longstreet as Duke Paige, on the soap opera Dynasty as Andrew Laird from 1981 to 1984, and a recurring role on Three's Company from 1978 to 1979 as Chrissy's father, Rev. Luther Snow.
Peter's first feature film was in the 1956 film Friendly Persuasion, his other films include Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan (1989) and his most recent film Vic (2005).
He has made many guest appearances in many TV shows, some of those appearances range from The Outer Limits, Bonanza, Knight Rider, and Star Trek: The Next Generation as Ralph Offenhouse in the first season episode "The Neutral Zone".
