Peter Gibbons is a jazz musician from South Yorkshire, famed for his song Himalayan Joe. He plays regularly on the South West Saxophone Circuit.

Peter Gibbons is also a fictional character in the popular movie Office Space.

Peter Gibbons (born July 9, 1962 in Lindsay, Ontario) was the champion of the CASCAR Super Series in 1999 and 2000.
