Pete Birrell

Peter Birrell (born 9 May 1941, in Manchester, Lancashire) is a British musician in the band Freddie and the Dreamers which had a number of hit records in 1963-1964. He played the bass guitar.
After the Dreamers broke up, Birrell became a taxi driver.
Peter Birrell should not be confused with the late actor Peter Birrel.
