Nice stuff.

You say it was added "with permission of author". This suggests that there is a source external to Wikipedia that should be cited. Also, if that author is someone other than yourself, permission is best accompanied by an email from that person forwarded to permissions AT wikimedia DOT org (written out this way here to prevent harvesting by spammers.
