Alas that's a pretty ignorant statement. The Perfecti were only a numerically small elite of the Cathar movement. The majority of the Cathars were not expected to operate in such a way. Besides which the Cathar ideal was union with God thus ultimately doing away with any presence on the earth at all! Have a look at the Cathar entry in the Wikipedia and you will know more!
