Permanganic acid
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Permanganic acid, HMnO4, is an oxoacid of manganese. It can be made by adding concentrated sulfuric acid to KMnO4. This should be done with caution as it converts to Mn2O7 which separates out as a dense, potentially explosive, oil.
