Permanent Revolution is the title for ska band Catch 22's fourth studio album, released on June 27, 2006. The album can be classified as a concept album, centered around the life of Leon Trotsky (1879 - 1940), with the title being named after a theory that Trotsky had been associated with called Permanent Revolution. A few of the songs of the album were pre-released, and could be viewed for free at their Official Website and the album was leaked onto the internet. The Canadian release of this album was on July 18, 2006
