Perley is a city in Norman County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 121 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.6 km² (0.2 mi²), all land.

As of the census2 of 2000, there were 121 people, 53 households, and 35 families residing in the city. The population density was 194.7/km² (501.4/mi²). There were 61 housing units at an average density of 98.1/km² (252.8/mi²). The racial makeup of the city was 87.60% White, 7.44% Native American, and 4.96% from two or more races.

There were 53 households out of which 34.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 52.8% were married couples living together, 9.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 32.1% were non-families. 28.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 5.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.28 and the average family size was 2.69.

In the city the population was spread out with 24.8% under the age of 18, 9.1% from 18 to 24, 27.3% from 25 to 44, 31.4% from 45 to 64, and 7.4% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 38 years. For every 100 females there were 101.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 111.6 males.

The median income for a household in the city was $31,250, and the median income for a family was $35,625. Males had a median income of $21,528 versus $19,063 for females. The per capita income for the city was $13,998. There were 10.5% of families and 12.2% of the population living below the poverty line, including 23.7% of under eighteens and none of those over 64.
