Pereyaslavl can refer to:
- Pereyaslavl-Zalessky - a town in the Yaroslavl Oblast in Russia (was Pereyaslavl until the 15th century).
- Pereyaslavl Ryazansky - renamed Ryazan in 1778.
- Pereiaslav-Khmel'nyts'kyi - a town in Kyivs'ka oblast' in Ukraine (was Pereyaslav(l) until 1943). Historically, it was also called Pereyaslavl Russkiy and Pereyaslavl Yuzhniy.
- Principality of Pereyaslavl - a medieval Eastern Slavic state of the Rus from 1175 to 1302.
