Perdita can mean:
- Perdita (genus), a very large genus of American native bees
- The heroine of Shakespeare's play The Winter's Tale
- The nickname of Mary Robinson, an 18th century English actress, poet and mistress of the future George IV, after she played the role in The Winter's Tale in 1779.
- A character of Terry Pratchett's Discworld novels as a name used by Agnes Nitt during her period as a member of a coven led by Diamanda in the book Lords and Ladies. Later, Agnes used the name again in Maskerade. In Carpe Jugulum, Perdita was described as an alter ego that coexist with Agnes in the same body.
- The adult female liver spotted Dalmatian found in the road by Mr. and Mrs. Darling in the book 101 Dalmatians by Dodie Smith and who was taken in by them to serve as a foster mother for the 15 puppies.
