Per Røntved

Per Røntved (born January 27, 1949) is a former Danish international footballer.

On club level he played for Brønshøj Boldklub, Werder Bremen og Randers Freja. He got 75 caps and 11 goals for the Danish national team, playing his last international match in 1982.

He resumed his football career in the United States, but it was stopped abruptly in June 1984, when Røntved suffered from a cerebral hemorrhage, resulting in paralysis of one side of the body.
