The People's Court my refer to:

  • Laos Supreme People's Court the president of the People's Supreme Court is elected by the Laos National Assembly on the recommendation of the National Assembly Standing Committee.
  • People's Court (German), (Volksgerichtshof) was a court established by Adolf Hitler to handle those in the Third Reich accused of political criminal offences.
  • Romanian People's Tribunals, the Bucharest People's Tribunal and the Northern Transylvania People's Tribunal set up to try suspected war criminals.
  • Supreme People's Court, (最高人民法院; pinyin: Zuìgāo Rénmín Fǎyuàn) is the highest court in the judicial system of the People's Republic of China.
  • The People's Court, the first widely popular American "judge show" in which actual small claims court cases are heard.
