Hello, and welcome to penguin's user page. my Dutch page

I'm 34 and I come from Belfast, Northern Ireland.

I chose the name penguin2006 because my husband proposed to me outside the penguin enclosure at Belfast Zoo, and I started here on Wikipedia in Jan 2006.

I got interested in contributing to Wikipedia because of the great info on the Dutch translations of Harry Potter. I'm half Dutch and ended up marrying a Dutchman but I am not a native speaker - I've had to learn it the hard way.

I went to art college but I am also interested in science and science fiction. My favourite authors are Jack Vance and Jane Austen.
