[edit] Suggested page move
This article might be better off as Pennsylvania State University Libraries, to encompass a number of services and locations. Thoughts/objections to a page move? Thanks, GChriss <always listening><c> 18:43, 28 September 2006 (UTC)
- I agree; less likely to get deleted that way. --Spangineerws (háblame) 03:02, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] stuff removed in major edit
I removed these three short sections entirely. If you wanna get that specific, creating seperate articles for Pattee and Paterno might be worth considering.
==West Pattee== West Pattee is the section of the library facing McKee Road. This section is notably newer than Central Pattee and is generally used for studying. ==Floor Layout== * 1st Floor: Special Collections Library * 2nd and 3rd Floors: Social Sciences Library / Schreyer Business Library * 4th and 5th Floors: Education and Behavioral Sciences Library ==Library Facilities== * Microforms and Newspapers Library * Reserve Reading Room * MacKinnon's Cafe

- Looks great. Those unimportant details aren't necessary. --Spangineerws (háblame) 16:50, 26 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Pattee Extended Hours Area
The following text was removed in a revert:
Pattee is home to the Arts and Humanities, Gateway, 1st Floor Reserve Reading Room, and News and Microforms libraries. 1st Floor Reserve Reading Room and News and Microforms do have extended hours but do not stay open 24 hours a day.
An explanation as to why it was originally written the way it was: The first sentence refers to the Arts and Humanities library, the Gateway library, and the News and Microforms library. The Reading Room is a location, and not a library itself. That being said, the Extended Hours Reading Room, as it is formally called, is also the location of the News and Microforms library, the Course Reserves section, and an ITS computer lab. Finally, this year the Extended Hours Reading Room is in fact open 24 hours a day, except for Friday night through Sunday morning when the hours are restricted.[1] I will add a link to the article. If you still feel the need to change the article, by all means do so, but I wanted to clear that up first. --Mithunc 16:04, 26 November 2006 (UTC)
