Hmm, I've certainly never heard of a goaltender facing a penalty shot when receiving a major penalty. Do we have a reference here? What rules body is this?

If the NRL don't use yellow cards to signify that the player has to go to the sin bin, then how do they make their intentions clear? Do they use hand signals? Scott Gall 10:22, 26 August 2006 (UTC)
