Pennsylvania Route 743 is a north-south state route located in central Pennsylvania. The northern terminus is at U.S. Route 22 one mile west of the East Hanover Township hamlet of Grantville. The southern terminus is at Pennsylvania Route 441 in Marietta. Until 1961, the southern terminus was located in Hershey.
