Pennsylvania Route 69 is a 15 mile long north-south state highway located in northwest Pennsylvania. The southern terminus of the route is at U.S. Route 62 north of Warren in the community of North Warren. The northern terminus is at the New York-Pennsylvania border north of Sugar Grove, where PA 69 continues into New York as Chautauqua County Route 69.
