Pennsylvania Route 472 is a north-south highway in Lancaster and Chester counties. Its northern terminus is at Pennsylvania Route 372 in Quarryville, and its southern terminus is at Pennsylvania Route 841 in Lewisville 300 yards north of the Maryland border.
