Pennsylvania Route 183 is a 30 mile long route that runs north to south in southeastern Pennsylvania. The southern terminus is at U.S. Route 422 Business in Reading. Its northern terminus is at Pennsylvania Route 61 in Schuylkill Haven.

From 1928 to 1961, PA 183 was designated Pennsylvania Route 83.
