Pennsylvania's 2nd congressional district

Pennsylvania's second district includes West Philadelphia, North Philadelphia, Chestnut Hill and Cheltenham Township in Montgomery County

The district has an overwhelming Democratic majority.

Congressman Chaka Fattah, has represented the district since 1995.
