[edit] Fair use

This image, PenguinHorror.jpg, is being linked here; although the picture is subject to copyright I (Hal Raglan) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

  • According to the Wikipedia:Fair use tag for book covers, "it is believed that the use of low-resolution images of book covers, to illustrate an article discussing the book in question , qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law." The .jpg image is a digital camera photograph taken by me of the book cover. The image has been added to the article to assist in commentary/discussion of the book in question.Hal Raglan 17:21, 29 May 2006 (UTC)
