Peligro is a punk band from Southern California, fronted by Dead Kennedys drummer D. H. Peligro. They started in 1995 with a self-titled debut, then releasing the award winning second album, Sum of Our Surroundings, in 2000. Peligro is due to release a new album in 2006, rumored to be a re-release of "Sum of Our Surroundings, under Dirty's own record label, Dirrty Records. They were nominated for a Grammy for their cover of Jimi Hendrix's "Purple Haze".
