Don Pedro Pablo Abarca de Bolea, Count of Aranda (es: Pedro Pablo Abarca de Bolea, conde de Aranda) (1718-1798), was an eminent Aragonese statesman. In Spain he is simply known as Conde de Aranda.

He led the government when Charles III fled to Aranjuez during the Esquilache riots in 1766. Aranda was a proponent of decentralized government. Aranda became the leading figure in Spanish politics when the king's former confidante was abroad as an ambassador. Aranda was succeeded as chief minister by José Moñino y Redondo, conde de Floridablanca in 1777.
