Peaslake

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Peaslake is a small, picturesque village high up in the heart of the Surrey Hills area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, close to the old market town of Guildford, England. Surrounded by acres of forest and downland, visitors come here to walk and cycle and to enjoy the magnificent views of the local countryside. Nearby to the south is Pitch Hill which at 843 feet (257 metres) is the fourth highest point in Surrey.

Locals have a strong sense of community that ensures the continued existence of village amenities: the school, church, village hall, hotel, and shops.

There is a locally run Dance Studio 'Dance-a-ramix' that caters for children and adults, a quaint hill-top school and a beautiful church.
