Peanut Butter & Co. is a sandwich shop in Greenwich Village, New York City that was founded in 1998 by Lee Zalben. Its menu primarily consists of peanut butter sandwiches, with twelve different variations including the Elvis which is grilled with bananas and honey, and Peanut Butter BLT. More traditional variations include peanut butter sandwiches with marshmallow fluff. Also popular are their peanut butter milkshakes. The cartoon mascot of Peanut Butter and Co. is a cartoon monkey holding a giant peanut.

Peanut Butter & Co. also makes six different kinds of all natural peanut butter. Peanut Butter & Co. brand peanut butter is also sold at supermarkets nationwide.

In 2005, Quirk Books published Zalben's The Peanut Butter & Co. Cookbook, which has numerous recipes for using peanut butter. The book also features a foreword by Jerry Seinfeld, a frequent customer of the sandwich shop.
