PDQ is a TLA (three-letter abbreviation) which may refer to:
- "Pretty Damn Quick" (or euphemistically "Pretty Darn Quickly"), used to indicate pressing urgency. Similar to, but having more intensity than ASAP ("As Soon As Possible"), but less appropriate in formal situations. Used by Humphrey Bogart in the 1941 movie The Maltese Falcon.
- P. D. Q. Bach, fictional composer, imaginary son of Johann Sebastian Bach, invented by musical satirist "Professor" Peter Schickele.
- PDQ Food Stores, a convenience store chain in the American Midwest [1]
- Physician Data Query, an online database developed by the National Cancer Institute [2]
