PdfEdit is an open source PDF editor for Linux. PdfEdit runs on practically any Unix-like operating system. Current version does not allow to edit protected pdf files.
PdfEdit uses Xpdf for low level processing.
Everything is based on scripting engine, which means every operation is just a simple editable script.
