PAWL, is the name of a rapper turned producer turned filmmaker residing in Washington State. The PawL Show Season 2 pilot episode was released on promo DVD in August of 2006 and is viewable online at WhoIsPawL.com [1]

The spelling of PAWL usually consists of a capital 'P' lowercase 'a' and 'w' followed by a capital 'L'. PawL is commonly referred to as PawLy P (or PawLy PerKaSeT) though his original rap name was PawL The Ass (back in the late 90's) and has released several rap albums and prank call CDs in the city of Everett, Washington.


A pawl is a common companion component to a ratchet.

A Pawl is also a colloquial term for a person with Ginger hair located in the UK.

Pawl was a Formula One constructor (Indy 500 only) in 1951, 1954 and 1955.
