Paweł Piskorski

Paweł Bartłomiej Piskorski (born on February 25, 1968 in Warsaw) is a Polish politician.
He was President of Warsaw from 30 March 1999 to 14 January 2002. In 1997 he was elected to the Sejm from the Unia Wolności electoral list, and in 2001, after participating in a secession from that party, he successfully ran under the Platforma Obywatelska banner. He has been elected Member of the European Parliament in 2004.
