We're so glad you're here! -- Nigel (Talk) 08:41, 27 August 2006 (UTC) And while I'm at it thanks for catching the stuff I missed in MegaUpload. Cheers --Nigel (Talk) 08:41, 27 August 2006 (UTC)

should have been here really - must have been an off day!!! --Nigel (Talk) 08:55, 10 September 2006 (UTC)
Equally the reminder to "sign" talk page posts I guess - Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button Image:Wikisigbutton.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you!. Cheers --Nigel (Talk) 09:13, 10 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Piccies info

Sorry not to get back to you - been away. I've uploaded a few pics (tho only to Wiki itself not "commons"). No real probs - go to "Upload file" on sidebar menu and take it from there. Worth going to/looking at these pages before/while you do it (& do remember licensing issues) - Wikipedia:Uploading images & Wikipedia:Image copyright tags. The only problem I have had is that it is totally case sensitive - took me ages to work out the reason I could not get the piccy to appear was that it was .JPG not .jpg!. Cheers -- Nigel (Talk) 12:05, 13 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Architecture bulletin

WikiProject Architecture Bulletin  v  d  e

Announcements please make an announcement v  d  e

  1. The Assessment department has opened its doors. You can help with assessment - please sign up and see page for details.
  2. In order to assess articles correctly we should establish a notability and importance policy for buildings - If anyone is interested in formulating such a policy, please contact User talk:Mcginnly.
  3. Portal:Architecture/New article announcements has been created to keep us all in touch with any new architecture articles we create, please add any you've created recently.
  4. Proposals are underway for the redesign of {{Regional-arch}}. Essentially it has been redesigned to be a full page width wide rather than the current "right hand panel" style which interfered with image placement in articles. Your comments would be very welcome and then we'll need to fix the formatting of all the current articles that hold these templates.
This month's collaboration is Architectural history.
