User talk:Paul Hackney
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Welcome to Wikipedia, Paul. Your expertise will be much appreciated. I too am interested in water quality issues and articles (I own a water quality laboratory in Hawaii) and I suspect we will run into each other a lot here. I edited and wikified your Taste and odour article to give you some ideas on standard practices like bolding and linking. Have fun! - Marshman 18:16, 10 August 2005 (UTC)
Also, I see there is a sort of standard greeting for new comers that includes the following helpful stuff:
- If you haven't already, drop by the New user log and tell others a bit about yourself.
- Always sign your posts on talk pages! That is on the talk pages, not the article pages! %^)

- If you're ready for the complete list of Wikipedia documentation, there's also the Topical index.
