Paulo Andrade is a student of Journalism in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

==Project make censorship history -
Paulo has a project to improve some of the Wikipedia's articles with hard-to-find information about children and adolescents. The project came after a suspicion of censorship or almost-censorship situations throughout the Internet regarding some specific aspects of issues related to minors.
Of course you can collaborate with this project, adding unique or new info about these topics to Wikipedia, and I frankly encourage you to.
- However, because some of these information may be sensible or even explosive, although true and realistic at the same time, you may prefer that someone else post them to you, and in this case you may send me the result of your research. If the information is unique, verifiable, and true, I'm willing to find a place in Wikipedia to put it for you.

I’m open to any hints, clues or small evidences. If you are the source, or if you know the source personally, you can send me your story as a free testimonial, and preferentially add a source that can be accepted in Wikipedia.
In order for something to be included in Wikipedia, please understand that you must follow Wikipedia's guidelines, cite your sources and do not make original research.

- You can send your info in any language you want, but I prefer you write in English or Portuguese. If you feel uncomfortable with these languages, you can write in Spanish or French.
If your information is unique and crucial, you can write in any intelligible language, and I’ll buy a professional translation (you must at least give me a hint of the text in one of the languages above).

[edit] Philosophy and Social Responsability
I believe the social responsibility of the philosopher lies fundamentally with the truth, and not with the status quo. No matter where the truth is, or if it’s pleasant or unpleasant. This responsibility is with all different aspects of the truth, not with selected parts of it. It is with the exceptions as much as with the rule. It is with future generations, not with the present world (the Polish priest Copernicus certainly would agree with me).
This concept is totally indisputable, just like the freedom of speech in Wikipedia. Either you have democracy, either you don’t. There’s no middle way in this case.

- (2) pictures of emancipated minors drinking, driving or doing anything else they couldn’t if not emancipated
- (3) pictures of preteen (9 to 12) girls or boys, with abnormally developed bodies – read guidelines below
Guidelines – (a) pictures must follow Wikipedia's guidelines for uploading images; (b) pictures must be non-nude; (c) never send nude pictures (they will be forwarded to the police, don’t try this); (d) pictures don’t need to be erotic or sensual, but if they are, then they must not be vulgar; (e) clothes should be good for use in public spaces or publishing in the media (e.g. swimwear is OK, underwear is NOT ok); (f) pictures must show the developed bodies along with their faces; (g) two or three pictures of the same child are enough; (h) "abnormally" means "much much more than the average".
Authorial rights – please cite your source (URL, library, image bank, etc); the picture can only be uploaded to Wikipedia if it is deemed as appropriate and if it meets the Wikipedia's rules for uploading images.
If you are a parent or legal guardian, please send a written authorization to the P.O. box above along with proof of your relationship with the child and proof of child’s age. I'm willing to pay your rights over the pictures after receiving this material and checking Wikipedia's rules to verify that it can be used.
